Does the world seem upside down to you lately? Is the earth shifting under your feet when you think about your future? Do you believe that you can make a difference in how laws and legislation affect you, but don't know exactly how? Issues like reproductive rights, accessible affordable healthcare, costs/taxes of person hygiene items, planet sustainability, food quality, public safety, peaceful resolutions in international conflicts (you get the point) are all on the table. Currently, women representatives are the minority in our US Congress. Women do it differently. We solve problems in a more collective way. We collaborate, seeking solutions.
Does your voice matter? ABSOLUTELY!!!!!
When I ask women under 30 who their representative is, I often get a blank stare. They might have voted, but mostly based on the letter behind their name. This leads to voting for a Party rather around actual issues that affect their lives and those in their communities and families. Women's Ambassaders for CHANGE is here to literally guide you through a fun process allowing you to learn how to become your own advocate, engage in the political process and support other women through this level of involvement. You will have monthly activities including panel discussions, leadership workshops and even the opportunity to host fun events.
